1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and engaging with P2P Softwares ("we," "our," or "us") or utilizing our software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise tech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Scope of Enterprise Services
P2P Softwares provides professional IT consulting, custom software development, cloud infrastructure deployment, ERP systems engineering, blockchain protocols, and mobile app engineering. Specific project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and maintenance agreements are outlined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) contracts executed between P2P Softwares and the client.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Handover
Upon full and final settlement of agreed project payments, P2P Softwares grants the client full intellectual property (IP) ownership and source code handover for custom-engineered solutions as specified in the project contract. Pre-existing proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools utilized during development remain the property of P2P Softwares with a perpetual license granted to the client.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All technical specifications, business logic, architectural designs, and communications exchanged during consultations and project execution are strictly confidential. Both parties agree to abide by mutual non-disclosure standards to protect sensitive corporate assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P2P Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our software deliverables or infrastructure configurations.
